Margaret Byrnes has a strong management background in international hospitality operations and training, with a key emphasis on excellence in customer service with companies such as Hilton International, Sarova and Forte Hotels.

A key strength of Margaret’s is assisting in the mobilisation of new high profile hospitality businesses and providing expert coaching for existing businesses facing challenges in service and organisational excellence. She uses her expert knowledge of hospitality to recruit senior management for Ireland’s leading hospitality companies.

 

She has significant experience in coaching and mentoring directors, owners, senior management and line personnel. Margaret’s forte is in designing & delivering bespoke training programmes and facilitating group learning.

 

Building on her practical experience, Margaret has supplemented her knowledge by achieving qualifications in Hospitality Management, Counselling, Training and an MSc in Human Resources. She is pursuing a Masters in Psychotherapy.

 

Margaret was Chairperson of the Hospitality Management Skillnet Board and is a Fellow of Irish Hospitality Institute (IHI) .
